Tuesdays Workouts ( 7pm Claude Toft Park, Salthill)

Warm Up/Movement Prep
1) 5 Burpees then 50m Sprint - Walk back to start. x 5 Rds

3 Min Rest

2) AMRAP(As many rounds as possible) 5 Mins- 10 push ups, 10 Box Jumps( 20''/28'') , 10 Second Plank
Eddie    : 5 Rds
Micheal : 4 Rds
Padraic  : 4 Rds

3 Min Rest

3) 250m Run, 20 Sit Ups, 10 Hand Walkouts x 4 Rds
Eddie     : 11.46
