1) 5 Burpees then 50m Sprint - Walk back to start. x 5 Rds
3 Min Rest
2) AMRAP(As many rounds as possible) 5 Mins- 10 push ups, 10 Box Jumps( 20''/28'') , 10 Second Plank

So it begins....
Hi there world ,
So we as a group have decided to start logging and recording our Outdoor workouts in a more formal way through this blog from now on to try and maintain some decent order and accountability in our training. We will be posting our workouts here after each session that we do along with any scaling that was needed.
